Start works not means complete on time.
Lrt extension also start before election, then suddenly delay 2 years after election. Game play for vote only.

I was hoping it passes there too coz I just bought a prop there. Hmphhhh, should we lobby for it when it is revealed to the public? My take is, there is already the existing KTM line serving the proposed LRT 3 route. Might as well change it a little (push towards Alam Impian...LOL) down south. What do you think?

noob question.

wat is the diff between lrt and mrt?
*
MRT - Mass Rapid Transit
LRT - Light Rail Transit

The difference is that MRT is able to carry more passengers than LRT and with more train frequency. The train carriage sizes are also bigger for MRT compared to LRT (it should be.. but seems like our MRT the carriage size is quite small sweat.gif )

from what I read, it will take 1.5 hrs for MRT to travel from Sg. Buloh to Kajang (due to stoppages at many stations)...don't you think that driving would be about the same duration or less? hmm.gif

Similarly. In singapore.it also takes one hour to travel from jurong to changi using mrt. But using mrt, u pay one fees only. Driving, your cost is more in petrol, toll etc.

But driving the time can be unpredictable. MRT or LRT is predictable.

LOL. Who says one needs RM100mil to lobby? Just write in and voice your opinion, that's all. Even better, attend their roadshows and submit memorandum? That's about it. If done collectively, maybe can affect the outcome.
