good increases profit for earlier investment for this area: - parkland (bandar bukit tinggi III), - bandar bistari, - laman greenville, - bandar botanic - bandar bukit tinggi I & II buying land in johan setia (agriculture land title) is the golden opportunity bcoz this area is allowed by state authority & subjected to convert they land from agriculture to residential (this will increase value of land).
