Go to Bukit Raja and back to Bukit tinggi? Quite a long journey? Why Johan Setia but no Bandar Puteri Klang/Kota Kemuning?

latest alignment for LRT Line 3.. source from i-city development...to cater very high density in klang area.   
good increases profit for earlier investment for this area:

- bandar bistari,
- laman greenville,
- bandar botanic
- bandar bukit tinggi I & II

buying land in johan setia (agriculture land title) is the golden opportunity bcoz this area is allowed by state authority & subjected to convert they land from agriculture to residential (this will increase value of land). AND this area is NOT RIZAB MELAYU.
actually most of land owner in this area start selling their land with the cheapest price bcoz they dont know LRT line 3 will coming to this area (this is strong reason why for those wanna to invest must start now for golden profit within 5 years..before all land owner know the golden news from PRASARANA)

bukit raja cover up biggest area and one of mukim in selangor...bandar bukit raja is small portion area in mukim bukit raja..
bandar baru klang also one small portion in mukim bukit raja...
aeon group actually can name it their shopping mall with any name subjected to majlis perbandaran klang approval.

i already answer yr question bro...this is simple answer for yr question is yes bukit raja is not bandar bukit raja..and yes aeon bukit raja in bandar baru klang..
aeon bukit raja just nama for building owned by aeon group can change it if they want it subjected to MPK approval.

setia alam consider as klang area. but government focus on south region i think.
