Go to Bukit Raja and back to Bukit tinggi? Quite a long journey? Why Johan Setia but no Bandar Puteri Klang/Kota Kemuning?

No sure if it it bandar bukit raja or persiaran bukit raja in Bdr baru Klang....

May be govt has a big plan to develop Taman Johan setia in future.

latest alignment for LRT Line 3.. source from i-city development...to cater very high density in klang area.  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif
good increases profit for earlier investment for this area:
- parkland (bandar bukit tinggi III),
- bandar bistari,
- laman greenville,
- bandar botanic
- bandar bukit tinggi I & II

buying land in johan setia (agriculture land title) is the golden opportunity bcoz this area is allowed by state authority & subjected to convert they land from agriculture to residential (this will increase value of land). AND this area is NOT RIZAB MELAYU.
actually most of land owner in this area start selling their land with the cheapest price bcoz they dont know LRT line 3 will coming to this area (this is strong reason why for those wanna to invest must start now for golden profit within 5 years..before all land owner know the golden news from PRASARANA)
try search on mudah.com, land for sale in johan setia

good luck everyone, hunting prosperity golden profit in properties investment  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

So, Bukit Raja is not Bdr Bukit Raja?

It should be Aeon Bukit Raja in Bandar Baru Klang?

bukit raja cover up biggest area and one of mukim in selangor...bandar bukit raja is small portion area in mukim bukit raja..
bandar baru klang also one small portion in mukim bukit raja...
aeon group actually can name it their shopping mall with any name subjected to majlis perbandaran klang approval. smile.gif

Ok. I rephase it.

Station Bukit Raja show in your LRT map is located in Bdr Bukit Raja or Bdr Baru Klang (where Aeon Bukit Raja is located)?

In between, it is Bandar Bestari and not Bdr Bistari. Also don't left out Kota Bayu Emas, they have around 500++ acres of land in that area and half of it has not yet developed.
