I don't think this line will be worth a lot of money for investors. The best place that u can reach is bandar utama after so many stations. The premium for this line will not be comparable to kelana jaya line or MRT lines. So if u want to invest, don't put too much premium to it. Just my personal opinion.

Temasya 8 (T8) is the best property to consider as T8 is just next to the inter-change of LRT2 and LRT3. That’t the only station that LRT3 meet LRT2. T8 glenmarie also has very good access roads compared to Ara Damansara, USJ, Metro Park and Setia Alam.
