Interesting video shown how LRT3 to be construction with latest technology to reduce cost and fast deployment.

Based on the development. Some old place should be preserved like Emporium Makan in Klang.
People in klang should appreciate the need for cleanliness and also orderliness as long people think they can park anywhere?
MPK is lousy in keeping track and keep things good. They should buck up and properly remind the klang people what is precious and useful.
Not only to the Malay community but to the entire klang community as a whole of every language, culture and race. If only they realize that it a team in team work!

even minimum pay salary guys don't take public transportation..
others countries, even CEO takes LRT / Tube to work

Good indicator of price.

as far as I know, BB prices are way higher than merdeka and KL Sentral…..

dunno how and what data they used......

Yea wonder why no guru share bout this project? Its a mix development of hotel, office, and business suite for "residential", commercial title without HDA, wonder if there is any big concern to buy for own stay besides the higher utilities rate.

Personally, for own-stay, I'd rather choose a serviced residence than some SoHo/SoVo/SoFo or whatever commercial title concept that emerges from the developer's mind. At least the former is still under HDA and I can convert the electricity to residential when I get the keys to my unit.

I really don't understand why there are people who chose such projects as their new home, especially when there are many similar priced serviced residences close to public transit stations, but to each to their own.
