Recently, my Honor 3C can only detect 1 SIM card. And battery life goes from 60% to 18% suddenly. Bought on 7/7/14. Is it sign that phone dying?

Battery is back to normal. Earlier Auto update 18 apps at background hence drain battery. After all apps updated, battery back to normal. Still cannot detect 2nd SIM card.

I'm struggling to find a Worthy upgrade for the Honor 3C. Today is my 2nd years anniversary using this Phone. Any suggestions?
I almost buy the Huawei P9 lite. But stopped after found out that it don't have Quickcharging and App2SD support. My H30-U10 so far served me well. Despite 8GB Internal, I still have 2gb Free as I moved the Gaming and many other files to SD card. Of course Using 32GB Class 10 Sandisk Ultra helps... Pros: 1) Decent battery life. My usage easily Charge once last whole day. 2) Nice display contrast 3) Better than Iphone 5 speaker quality (my other phone) 4) 2 SIM + MicroSD Slot. Only Honor 5X have this useful feature. 5) Removable Battery... (nowadays cannot find liao). Drawbacks: 1) No quickcharging... 2) Heats up (record 62 deg celsius) while running Waze non stop 1 hr OR 1 hr Gaming (Subway surfers). 3) Slow to Log GPS. 4) Lots of Noise, Hopeless Low light shooting... My next phone upgrade requirements: 1) Dual Sim with MicroSD Slot 2) NFC + Bluetooth 4.0 3) Decent cameras with Low aperture. 4) Budget below RM1200. |

Dual sim standby. 25% screen time. Easily 9 hours usage. My IPhone 5 battery died Feb 16. Replacement from Brotan OEM usage 3 hours only, standby average 7 hours. 60% performance vs Original battery @ 1st 2 years. |

Went to Tropicana City Mall comparing the P9lite and Honor 5c... Apparently Both are quite similar phones...
Common features: - Same Processor, - Same Internal storage, - Same screen size, - Both hybrid Dual Sim, - Both got Fingerprint Lock.... - Identical Camera - Identical Battery Size p9 lite advantage: - 3GB RAM - NFC (future proof, Future Visa Pay, Octopus (Useful in HK) - slimmer better looking... - Gold no extra cost. Honor 5c advantage: - More grip friendly - slightly better build - rumoured better Camera Quality My shortlist is still the above + Google Nexus 5x 32gb (RM1000 after Gemfive coupon)... |

Double checked in GSMARENA photo comparison tool, confirm Honor 5c Better camera quality with less noise and better low light than P9 lite.
BUT camera and video quality Still no match against Nexus 5x. |

Just when I decided to buy the P9 lite, Honor 8 coming in next few days... Rumoured to be around RM1699... It'll come with FAST Charging, IR Blaster, DUAL Lens (like P9).
