those who got extra xiaomi powerbank usb cable
can share 1 with me ? because I very unlucky bought the xiaomi powerbank 10400 mah and doesn't come with the USB cable |

just finished online chat with xiaomi
I only can say, they reply too slow and 1 thing must prepare before talk with them, they will keep ask you to take the photo to show them (is normal lar) but, their chat system quite sucks, if didn't reply for few minutes, the conversation will ended automatically at the end you need to chat again with another CS representative they said will contact me shortly and said escalate my issue to related department, patiently waiting |
