Yo, I press the " feedback" link at the bottom of the page and send a complain to fedex hq. I told them I'm utterly disappointed with FedEx Malaysia and told them the problem. Please guys, do the same. Complain to the hq, let them know the scenario here in Malaysia. They will request your tracking id to do investigation. Call Malaysia hq is almost useless. All still raya mood.

Me and my cousin ordered on 22nd July, her package was delivered by ups, mine is fedex. She already received and mine still delaying, sitting in the fedex facility.

I called them and they give a lot excuses. Manpower problem, hari raya and say xiaomi give them 8 days lead time. I said you are big company, why ups can deliver within lead time and you give so much excuse. Poor customer service said "I dunno how to answer your question" adding that he will investigate and let me know on Monday. Fortunately, the tracking result is now showing the item is being delivered.

I've tried, they forwarded my case back to Malaysia. But no one contacted me until I contact them.
