Black - nice
White - not as good looking compare to 2009-2013 City
Blue - no comment
Silver - boring but easy to maintain
Modern steel - I booked this

Damn.. Last 2 weeks SA call to confirm car will reach on today. When I called up, like forgotten what he tell me earlier.. Said car not coming this week. Sigh! is it possible that someone have potong my Q? They offer my car as selling point of fast delivery to other buyer. who know the procedure of car booking in their system?

I suspected this already coz I get a good discount. My loan approved just 3 days after my booking, therefore not an issue. So, this means they can suka suka potong my Q? How to monitor their production flow?

Honda Malaysia customer careline number: 1800 88 2020 or 03 7953 2000. Complaint there and tell us the results of the complaint. They will call dealer to find out. I have similar experience.. they promised yesterday but nothing happened. When call SA, he blame Honda Malaysia. He is lucky the promise is verbal, B&W promise is 2 week from now.. If he do the same, I confirm ask for refund.

I orders S+ as it is supposed have the fastest delivery.. but still problem, sigh!. Will change new dealers but still order same model.

Yeah, S and S+ should having the most stock as I hardly can see both model in the street due to low demand. Most are E or V.
My SA said the opposite.. said he have ex-stock for V. I believe they just talk cock..

I believe they use fast delivery as sales point to close sale. Since we already booked the car, he will use your car and offer to other customer for close sales immediately. This can happened if Honda Malaysia doesn't control them properly.

I suggest to list out of dealer and SA name on 1st page for those failed to deliver car on promised date.

All mechanical and electronic product sure have some problem. Even Ferrari have their problems.. City is a good car. Just change dealers and warn the new dealer said don't play play with your delivery date.. Any hanky panky, u will ask for refund.

List down dealer company name is more important. They will discipline their salesman if it a salesman problem. If this is company sales strategies, the more reason to list it down. When you call Honda Malaysia phone, they have an option for complaint. This show complaint is one of the most call they received.

My SA verbal delivery date have passed but when l looks properly, the delivery date written on booking form is end of Oct 14. I'll give mine if I doesn't received mine by Nov 1st.

Proposed Format:

Car dealers/location/SA name/model/color/booking date/Expected delivery date as in booking form/Discount offered
(attached with booking form)

TS need to verified their booking form to prevent competitor sabotage.

To enter the list should be the last source. Means doesn't received car after promised date and SA give grandmother story after that.

As I said, car dealers never expect repeated customer as majority buyer likely won't buy car again at least for 5 years.
They will likely maximize profit and sales with the expense of customers. Example , use your car to offer anther buyer to close sale.
The genuine delay from Honda is ok but the above case is unacceptable.
The black list is important to warn future buyer. The delay can be damaging as we might already sell off our old car but new car keep delaying. .

Send the info to TS for black list the dealer. For me, i prefer black than blue.

Where is kah motor? In case I kena ffk by my dealer, I can transfer my booking to them.

If water level keep going down. Go SC immediately, don't wait. Something is definitely wrong.

Before coolant being "invented". All cars are using tab water. Advantages of coolant are easy to detect leakages and reduce rate of corrosion. It's your choice.
Btw, use filtered water better than tap water.
