wanna check with you guys who got their cars lately... is there anymore gapping issues? i wanted to check the car before SA register it but he said he will check and snap the pics for me... dunno if i should insist...

one question here. the tyre valve caps, are they supposed to screw in completely? coz i noticed all 4 caps of my tyres couldn't be screwed in fully.

here are some issues i had with my City.

1. d gap on d driver's side.

2. d gap in between d seats revealing d white body. haih. Honda cannot measure d seat size properly hah?

3. this is d max d valve caps can be screwed in. and this applies to all 4 tyres. (did they give me d wrong cap size?)

it was on d left side. i tried to cover it up by fitting in d seatbelt thing but to no avail. oh if it is for the 60:40 split seat then i guess we can't do much about it, but i just wished it was not that noticeable.

All the new City I have seen have the same creamy white marks. SA says its a sealant, but didn't seem confident with that answer.

If anyone have a better answer do share.

Just want to share as b4 this I also wondering should I wax or coat or no need at all.

coating is like they take your years of waxing $ 1st, and give warranty to you (all include)

wax is like you need to manually every 3 months go waxing, this I worry what if on every waxing, they add more scratch to the surface?

and I did think of don't care at all, once on 5th years, as it damage, bring to repaint!

all costing almost the same, coat might be 2k for 5 years, wax each wax 100+(for every 1 year 4 times, 20 times for 5 years) it also ring to a total of 2k plus. For repaint, it also around 2k plus....

So end up. I choose coat as it is easy to maint. after coat, just bring for normal hand wash or simple DIY hand wash with microfiber cloth.

so far I see the most shinning coating is gdox... but not cheap man, I think it will cost 3k to 5k for the most berkelip kelip coat!!!

this got its disadvantages also. what if minor accident, they cannot repaint due to too thickness of coat. they need to remove all coat and repaint. for sure this will add extra $ to paint and recoat.

the coat shop told me, Honda local assemble car have these paint defect issue. those imported tak dak...

Kidding. try to find those 12H hardness coating. but if those kid go scratch your car with metal, use stone to scratch... I don't think any coat will help on that. Maybe you can do some research on this. To me 5k to 7k coat is way too expensive 

antoehr option... install recording camera. once your car get scratch... camera will start recording... from here, you bring this info and make a police report

police wont accept this report also la. anything below $500 damage... cannot claim insurance

you can go for 12H coating, but no guarantee on will not scratch at all. 12H will be around rm2500 for city

maybe you can ask the coat ppl, 12H mean can protect what lvl of attack?

good tint and lock can cost you another 2k

just booked v spec modern steel. SA told me can get the car before OCT 2014 if nothing happen to the factory at Thai. lol.
you guys using any additional car lock? can recomend me which is better?

How bout u try the trex. Really considering to get the wireless 1 but quite pricey. Cheapest is 700, keyless is 1k and the gsm is 1.5k.

No, scratch the car yourself first, then they have no incentive to scratch your car....and you get the satisfaction of scratching your own car.
