Preve Premium Turbo?! I guess brake problem will exist d.. mine will going to check again for the brake sound.. last time they jsut use something like lubricant and blow it.. addition, my car tyre puncture, so they cant drive fast. this saturday will go again and hopefully it will settle it..

the default battery is dry battery. not liquid batt

It should be a RAMCAR brand maintenance-free wet battery, not dry battery.

I heard got raya promo rm3000 and free 3 years services. Anyone can confirm this? I'm interested to buy the non CFE version

received my car on 25 july. sent for 1000km service on 4 aug... approx 10 days i think

I'm about to buy PREVE CFE here are some question lingering in my head

-do it need third party voltage stabilizer for better performance and does it void warranty
**** better performance in what way?

-how about compare to Jazz S spec with lots of accessories and features taken out
-does the audio sound quality acceptable?
**** plan to install a subwoofer.

-is black ok, why less people buying black color
**** too hot? Black colour will "adsorb" more heat than lighter colours. To me, black Preve does not look good/nice.

-if i change front grill does it void warranty - what will really void the warranty anyway
-it uses turbo, willl it cause problem in the long run? what about at constant high rev, is it stable enough
**** why problem in the long run? I thought turbo reuses some of the exhaust gas as there is some unburnt petrol in there.

-is it worth the money or any other option should I consider considering the same amount of money

just claim warranty by today..appointment 9am..but arrived 8.40am.. registered and wait for my turn.. SA meet me at 9.10am.. start to inspect my car around 11am.. then found front left disc brake uneven, neeed change whole new front disc brake.. but only left 1 side.. luckily service manager talked with me and know im not so free to come always, so he contact other service centre and take the parts ordered for other person, which give to me first..thanks to him.. solved my problem around 1pm..

no more helicopter sounds.. (other person didnt go at appointment date, so they passed to me first)..

Help situ,  my toy just 4 months old and I'm very confirm the first day I try to lock n open my car from 3rd floor it still work fine n I enjoy it for the subsequent of the days but today I just found I have to do it only stand near my toy say a metre far... Is the battery run low (it shouldn't b as just fews month old only).  Pls help n many Thx in advance

I am using this:

32GB and it contains all my music, personal POI & speed trap alerts. I leave it in the car 24/7 unless I'm updating my music library. Seems to be just fine even after 1 year. But it is Sandisk, which is a well known brand. Bought it at Low Yat Plaza.

just make sure don't insert 50cents into the cd player slot! you sure don't wanna see what happened to my 6 days old preve

i just burn some songs into a CD and usb.. i just plugged it all the times.. it will rmb which song i stopped.. quite good d.. i think should be no problem.. im using kingston old black colour pendrive(quite long), still able to close there..

whole HU i only complaints bad GPS map..and why proton skipped reverse camera for us.. should add it.. extra few hundred for me its ok..

It says  *don't* idle for too long to save fuel. I don't idle my car. Start then just drive sensibly. It gets to operating temperature much faster that way.

Well, it says -18*C and below or after the car has not been started for a few days. For me the most idling when warming up I do is 30 seconds. I feel it is a waste of fuel. But unfortunately the reality in KL is that you idle for a few minutes in each traffic jam. A few days ago I took 40 minutes to travel about 2 km, in Federal Highway between UMMC & Angkasapuri.

Do you know with a/c on, Preve drinks about 2/hour of fuel? That's RM4.20 per hour idling. Turn off the a/c it gets down to 1.1L/hour.

haha well i think not really working in Malaysia, the crazy weather plus the bloody smoke from all the lorries and busses..summore with out petrol and diesel's quality...it is just not practical to be used in our land...

that being said....convertible and car with sun roof also does not seems wise to be used or buy here...
rainfall come all of sudden and which malaysian wanna get sun burn here...? bear in mind one also has to pay more for convertibles and the sun roof
