what!...only RM20? Citi AA gave me RM50 when I wanted to cancel the card. Anyway just kidding lah, it's a pleasant surprise since I wasn't expecting it.

Anything can happen in peak hour therefore it's not fair to compare travelling times. The same goes for highway.

Samp gor, my experience with Alliance debit card is same as yours - some more bank called to request that I call back when I receive the pin number.
