* yes, the dim sum portion is quite little. Its more like snack than a meal.

Not too crowded la. At least no need to set up makeshift tent outside.
Even at peak lunch time still have space to seat (yesterday) upstairs. Food isn't really alot, though some bought more than 2 ppl there. I also understand that folks who took their tenderlion unit earlier opened for "business associates" were also signing that day rather than earlier.

I've signed my SPA earlier before the weekend. Reached there at 11:30am, get dp and makan sorted. Left at 12:30pm to SEH.

sorry to ask this...may I know what does PARC & DSL means...I always confuse with these 2 abbreviations..

The green land at the left down corner is your housing estate currently.

1. Opening of EMSG + Swan Lake + Showhouses

2. Opening of access road to Jalan Semenyih

3. Red pavement bridge and then full access to Lekas via Ecohill interchange...

4. Announcement of some big news...

I am at the opposite opinion. Don't do a rushed job and open access to public with bad first impression. It must be a solid bang instead. This includes future/potential purchasers who are still sitting on the fence.
