Samkor, the intention of collecting the money and then having a makan is good but in my view this may not be workable as when it comes to big sum of $$$, there could be other issues ensue then - trust and dispute. Further, I believe that one of the objectives of the developer having the referral program is to encourage the buyers to get the buyers. The makan gives no strong incentives to the existing buyers to become their sales embassador.

I'm still of the view that this is a free market, anyone can be a referral and can be more than once. Nevertheless, I agree with you that "Treat it as a platform for us to share the info about EM, pro and cons, and discuss about the matters for its own good..." thumbup.gif

Samkor, in general I see no (major) conflict of view between us. What I observe in this thread so far there is no hard sell of referral which I think is acceptable. Well, the introducers may gain from the 1% fee but the new buyers may gain too from the fee sharing arrangment.

Alright let's move forward! Btw, are you going for the dim sum tomorrow or Sunday?

At EMSO Premier Lounge now... no huge crowd come for S&P signing, around 10+ only... expect heavier flow after lunch and tomorrow as Saturday is still a working day for some people.

24x75 no more.
Only 22x70 4 corner units and 22x75 c. 25 corner plus intermediate left. If the intermediate units left, quite a number come from the same block, ie the row facing the taska/ surau and the row behind.

Oh boss, the brochures are still hot from the owen when I got it - just arrived that time. So some buyers might have left already and I believe you are one of those. Btw, EM will call them / you, so no worries! Alternatively you can just walk in again and gwt it.
Yes, dim sum not bad, small quantity though.

Just to choose a few pics that I like / impress me from the brochures. In terms of info, find no extra info other than the extra specifications not stated in the SPA, i.e. the 3 CCTV points, SPAH (rain harvesting) system, master bathroom with bathtub (already shown in the layout plan though not written in SPA) for SD. For Cluster, 2 CCTV points and SPAH for all types but without bathtub.
Btw, in the pic, it shows the small pool at the house back yard... surprise me - are they going to do it?
