[/quote] Samkor, the intention of collecting the money and then having a makan is good but in my view this may not be workable as when it comes to big sum of $$$, there could be other issues ensue then - trust and dispute. Further, I believe that one of the objectives of the developer having the referral program is to encourage the buyers to get the buyers. The makan gives no strong incentives to the existing buyers to become their sales embassador. I'm still of the view that this is a free market, anyone can be a referral and can be more than once. At EMSO Premier Lounge now... no huge crowd come for S&P signing, around 10+ only... expect heavier flow after lunch and tomorrow as Saturday is still a working day for some people.
