Dont expect too much. I was told Gentlebre purchasers were given two candles and also a catalog.... Nothing to shout about. No where close to definition of Majestic...... shakehead.gif  shakehead.gif  shakehead.gif

I seriously thought they can do better that just candles.
*
For Tenderfields perhaps they are giving tenderloins with red wine... tongue.gif

Anyone taken a loan with MLTA? Was inform the premium is very much higher as compared to MRTA but the coverage sum is fixed throughout the period of coverage for MLTA. I am considering MLTA but the high premium is quite pricey. Please share your experience on MLTA. Thanks
*
Take MLTA as your simple life insurance with fix coverage and without further upside gain. For those life insurance with potential investment return, a portion of your premium is invested into some funds thus you would expect some non-guaranteed return. For MLTA, the premium is merely to cover your sum insured without potential investment return.

EM is still rushing in printing the catalogue for the Tenderfields units for the coming Saturday / Sunday S&P signing ceremony. Hope they can make it on Saturday...

Hi, why not call EMSO and ask if there is still cradleton units available? Merrydale maybe already have price increase if compare to cradleton?  hmm.gif
*
Yesterday was told that about 98% sold already for Cradleton and left bigger or more pricey units only. As for Tenderfields, if I calculated correctly only 75 - 80 units left.

For Merrydale, I think it would be usual if price increase since the demand is there for linked houses.

Perhaps, this time around, lesser units allocation for corner or super end lot or, extra land size reduce to the price point.
*
Chris Kor, I understand that EM may be looking at 10% increase for the coming DSL launch.

No idea wor. But if they are to raise the price further, there must be sth to convince the buyers it worth so, else it could be a risky move. What will BBW's crystal ball says? hmm.gif

As far as I know, only UOB Semi Flexi Loan will automatically deduct excess prepayment for monthly installment. All other Semi Flexi loan do still to pay monthly installment regardless of how much excess prepayment had been made.

As for RHB, as far as I concern, their Full Flexi Loan remain this Semi Flexi Loan features. That's the reason why I say it is not what being claim as Full Flexi. Since it is a Semi Flexi Features (in a Full Flexi Lian), no maintenance RM 10 but still stick with RM 50 per withdrawal. But need to double confirm.
*
Confirm with RHB that for its full flexi loan, if there is enough excess prepayment sum, the sum can be used to auto deduct for monthly instalments. Further, no additional charges incurred for each withdrawal of the excess payments.

Sorry not sure whether you are referring to Cradleton or Tenderfields. I'm talking about Tenderfields (but the time gap shouldn't be far). Sept is too soon and unlikely to happen.
