This Galllery development project and housing estate are very very near to the main entrance of Eco Majestic from Jalan Semenyih wink.gif

Oic. But Jalan Semenyih is quite long road for me.

If not mistaken, Camellia Residence is plot of 1000 acres land opposite SEH and near Broga. So, not sure whether it is different bcz Gallery Development should be related to Majestic Group.

Not necessary, coz hv not seen the real township.
Dun be surprise once the real township completed, the sub sale market oso big diff.

Boss, cannot compare like that woh.

Taman Tasik Semenyih currently still have semiD selling around 550k ++, so how?

Township planning, design, infra, landscape, security, location all count boss..

More importantly, commercial activity in the vicinity is another crucial factor that need to be considered as well.

If you know the price difference between Setia Alam and Aman Perdana, you will then appreciate townships with proper infrastructure and planning..
