You are giving a wrong perception to all other potential buyers as well, it just like if you have been working in KLCC, you should not stay in Semenyih, should not stay in Puchong, should not stay in Kota Kemuning, should not stay in Setia Alam, should not stay in cyberjaya, because all these areas are far from KLCC and you need to travel more than 2 hours during peak period.

Overall, have you ever know, there are many people out there prefer to stay in landed house rather than condo? As I said many times, you have a choice, no right or wrong, it just depends on individual preference.

You always blame SEH / EM are flippers and try to find "waterfish", then are you sure those buying property that nearer to KLCC are not flippers and genuinely for own stay? Flippers are everywhere and not only in SEH / EM.
