I show PROOF if you also can travel as my time, you can reach many places from Semenyih within an acceptable time, and it is not as far as people can think of.

In addition, not all professions must stay in office firmly from 9am till 6pm, how about those 8am to 5pm instead, flexi hour or own business?

You are giving a wrong perception to all other potential buyers as well, it just like if you have been working in KLCC, you should not stay in Semenyih, should not stay in Puchong, should not stay in Kota Kemuning, should not stay in Setia Alam, should not stay in cyberjaya, because all these areas are far from KLCC and you need to travel more than 2 hours during peak period.

You always blame SEH / EM are flippers and try to find "waterfish", then are you sure those buying property that nearer to KLCC are not flippers and genuinely for own stay? Flippers are everywhere and not only in SEH / EM.
