I contacted the alliance officer today and was informed they will distribute to those who applied this coming weekend at EMSO.

Yaloh can go for free food then collect d card. But they also give option to collect at branch. So can make own choice whether want to go to EMSO.

I think thid is the best rate. Any thing better than this will be an exceptional case.

which bank you got this? I got best at -2.45 only.

CIMB & HSBC. I think they consider things like loan amount, credit history and so on.

in this exercise rentals shall increase to cushion the BLR increase, and thus price related to it will increase further..thus the buying powers of purchasers further deteriorate , with current condition subsales already so low, with this coming in and rental yields failed to cover loans and further making the range to cover loans bigger causing investors to fork out more money to service loans.. low end flippers might face problem if bank negara increase again after 2nd increase, after GST.. more bleeding.. as we can see.. units are not sellable..

With MRTA, some bank may give -2.5%. I am doing mine now, will share with anyone interested if banker approves.

Some bank (e.g RHB) can offer -2.5% without MRTA.

Ohh, I know why dy, it might be 22/6 application was sudden too many at the same time and thus need longer time gua.

I done myself last week at the branch and thought to collect the card in few days or a week but was told to wait 30 min only.

sorry bear, no official announcement yet, OPR increased definitely will affect the BLR, but how much cost they pass to consumer side still unknown.
