I also love low interest.....more faster pay off loan...but when BLR adjust higher, it is not target u alone....everybody also kena except those cash buyers n fixed rate borrowers...

The market is opened. If one don't buy, one cannot blame the flippers as flippers can't flip also. One always can buy direct from developers without going thru the agents. Myself use agents only when I looking for tenants....without them, the tenants wont come to me direct n when I put up sign boards for rent, it attracts lots of phone calls n many are low salary earners n some even jobless n ask if I can rent to them. Collection of rental ll be big headache.

Retrenchment coming...my ex company recently just retrenched one batch of staffs...

one of my clients, even worse, factories shut down. About 1k workers no need to go to work....so, this people not just wait n see...they ll wait n wait....

I not scare u. Look around with attention n u ll see. Companies getting into financial trouble n struggling now n hence retrenchment is unavoidable.

Good n bad tenants ll come n go....just manage it. If u cant manage this, how u grow in your corporate world to manage a big companies with good n bad staffs...
