i know all of you are busy talking about rm500K and above property, and anyone asking below that is considered impossible to get or hard to get, but I just wanna ask, anyone one of you know any landed property that is worth rm300K ? it can be in PJ or Puchong or KL area....
do you know any ? |

Haiyah, you all PULL THE PRICE LOW LOW la, else dont buy. Let them tell you the price always go up...if the property is being bought by investor, then dont buy because investor got holding power. It it is bought by normal people who wants to flip, then you must PUSH the price low low....

If you're looking into new development , I dont recall any props with that price.
However, you can try in old landed props perhaps in Shah Alam or Klang. Even new double story in Klang Bdr Puteri cost almost RM500K.. no kidding.. |

erkk?? already launching new phase? thought last september just launch Cadia...bought their end lot facing field 276++...
after Cadia i think will have another 2,3 phase single story unit... remember last time missed the basella only 185k...damn... |
