Maxlite paint is the cheapest white paint and is commonly used for ceilings.

Frankly if you have high ceiling, you can add a color accent for L box ceiling such as painting the flat ceiling in the middle a light/dark shade of grey or champagne like color and paint the L Box part white color only.

Second accent alternative would be to paint the sides of the L Box part instead and the rest of the L box & ceiling in the middle white.

Thanks for the advise...
My ceiling is pretty low, actual is about 10feet dropping about 6-7 inches.

Here's their factory address, but I spoke to them and said they're in the midst of doing up a new showroom in Puchong so that place might be ready already. They don't have proper signage so you need to call the person.

4, Jln Utama 2/13, Tmn Perindustrian Puchong Utama, Batu 14, 47100, Puchong. We are open on Mon - Sat (9.00am to 5.30pm)

Why not you try to email here to Christine homemark218@gmail.com
She's really efficient and normally replies my email within a few hours during normal working days.
Or I ask her to PM you, they hv a lowyat ID.

Sure will PM ya.

Mine is also very low that even my other half can reach out to touch fan with hand when fan not switched on so having mostly white ceiling does not draw too much attention to the height.

Saw this on the net. Like the picture with blue color for the flat ceiling in the middle of the L Box part, can paint with a neutral or cool shade for your L Box ceiling.. Or else just paint the vertical sides of the L Box like a strip of borderline around the square part.

Constantly looking out on promotion stuffs lately as there's many sales when Hari Raya is nearby.
Not sure if these items are on good deal, but I compare to Houz Depot and some other shops selling the same thing around Uptown area.

Small condo with no where to sidai baju, bought this 4inches 4rod stainless steel - RM100, both same price for 4inch and 6.5inch
Remember else where was selling like RM120-150

Stainlesssteel bathroom mirror cabinet - RM175
Houz Depot is selling this like 2 for RM480, some other shops going at RM190-230
Initially wanted to order back from Taobao, but shipping fees was like RM100, so I went and look around for cheap promos

Sofa bed
Bought this sofa bed from Ikea, think they're clearing stock only RM399. Might be useful when there's guest around.

Looks a bit plain? No worries, got these from Taobao. Some of the designs are way too funky. I chose the most basic and simple one to match. After conversion and agent fees, for a 2seater cover this only cost me about RM25.00, shipping RM10/kg.

Carpets
Ikea ones are costing more than RM100+
Living Hall
Manage to find this on Taobao for quiet a decent price
1.2m x 1.6m about RM30 before shipping

Bedroom
0.6m x 1.6m about RM20 before shipping

hi princessgalaria, yeap, i saw Houz Depot selling the 4rod by 4 feet long retractable hanging rod at arnd rm170, there were several samples in their shop but i wanted to find out what's the maximum weight these rod can carry, some of them look a bit fragile & shaky. too bad, none of the people had the answer.

Good idea for the sofa cover, the Ikea extra sofa cover can go as high as 500-600 per set, i was thinking to go buy a large piece of fabric at kamdar. What do you call these sofa cover in Chinese word?

I'm not too sure as well, my friend's place have the longest one, if not mistaken should be 9feet and they can carry up to 25-30 clothes at one go. The exact same type. Durability not too bad, lasted for years already. After rain and shine, still in quite a good shape.

good luck in ur reno

i also engaged Homemark for my kc, cabinets and custom made furniture and they have completed their works in my house last week ... I'm guessing you deal a lot with Wai and Sam?

Highly recommend them, I like their good service and personal attention from their bosses.... no regrets..
