Today passed by lekas and can see some units from precicnt 3. Really quite near to lekas highway and is just like beside it only. Not sure they will put up a wall which is sound proof. Also, didnt realize that the small bridge to the super link side already done. Again quite near to lekas highway

Btw Bro Sam the Ecohill Lekas highway exit issit the exit for Bangi and Semenyih 1? Exit number 2102? If yes then is really near and really can save time and petrol compare to jln semenyih although need to pay RM1.10.

if we look at the map from the masterplan, the house at precint 3 still got a gap between the units and lekas highway, but in reality, we can see it is really near, unlikely having the distance shown in the map.

Yup, it is very near and the house can see clearly even when I was driving the opposite late (direction to kajang/semenyih). It shld be same situation for suoer llink If small road is not so bad but this 1 is highway. More cars will use this lekas once EM is ready. Anyway, from the master plan there will be trees planted to cover the houses. I uess that will take some time to grow too

Then the Lekas-Ecohill exit is very near. Really worth to pay RM1.10. Hopefully next year toll wont increase.

Actually the distance is about 50 -100 meter, edge to edge...

The bridge is already there since Lekas completed, not sure why though...

In the google map, the shape of presint 2 is already clearly observable...

SEH is building all the DSL houses simultaneously.

There are more than 100 workers working on the site now and more than 10 lorries communiting here and there carrying the soil.

No delay so far detected and the SEH marketing event is follow one by one. No sign SEH is losing his momentum.

Wonder what raikonnen gor and Kohtt gor would to comment ...

So far, for SEH, no significant effect that is reported in this article has been seen and used to be a big issue for some people attacking Setia Ecohill.

Yeah, quite happy with the progress alhough is not my unit
Anyway, the progress pic from SEH website is quite clear. Cant wait to see the final product since pistia dont ewally havw a show unit.

Btw, i think most of the type they try to complete 1 full unit with painting and even alarm system installed. Could it be that they are using that to baseline for other units or is for SEH team to verify the work or for the buyers to get a chance to have a look at it first? Not familiar with Sp setia houses... Anyone can advise?
