DMC - deed of mutual convenant.. an agreement signed between the developer and purchaser. Again again....yala....many miss d boat la.....not only u....and dont talk abt chicken and eggs story liao....becos always said d one asked why no buy SEH when launching...other party sure will answer miss d boat due to overseas/out of town/ outstation and etx which include me....haha
