I have been told Samanea not open to public, so Saraca they open for public first, without any reservation for staffs or associates.

With so limited units, I think they will reserve it for associates and staffs, no more for public. So it another word, for public it is sold out...

This is because public cannot make booking now..

Yeah, SEH is responding to EM. With the introduction of 10 theme parks, I think SEH and EM landscape is about the same par already...

Presint 2 and 3 looks to me is about on par with the EM tenderfield / gentlebre, in terms of the landscape.

EM have the famous swan lake, SEH have the spectacular The PARC as well.. Although it is hard to hard to make comparison, but overall, both also great township that much much superior than SHL goodview height..

Heard by the end of the year, 20 x 70 with about 2000 sqf buildup, starting from 598k..

TKJ, typical example of lousy SA using cheapskate method to spread rumour for competitor project..

No place for a lousy SA in a top notch company, so stay in so so company and throw baseless rumours everywhere loh..

I didn't put my name in the waiting list, so not very sure how long the waiting list.

Out of 91 units, 24 units are either end lot or corner lots, ranging from 850 - 950k.. Perhaps the leftover units mostly are these units..

850k - 950k basically about the price range for Cluster semiD in EM, people will start to make comparison...

Bro.. I used to ask this question before, DSL corner/end lot vs cluster semiD with same buildup, which one better buy. I think many forummer also mention semiD cluster, coz semiD cluster is in different precint and gives different "feel". Normally cluster semiD also have 10 feet of land at the side.

Although I am not a big fans for semiD cluster, but there are many people out there prefer cluster semiD over DSL corner/end lot.

So, with the same price tag, purchaser shall make consideration, based on personal preference.

JH this kind of sin kah area, you give me free I also need to consider carefully loh. I feel malu if stay in such sin kah area that have a big SKL that dunno malu like you in the neighborhood woh.....
