This is not the interchange, this is the flyover link road that will connect SEH to the current Semenyih Lekas interchange.

EM shall have its own interchange later, ground work in progress I presume.

For the EM first presint, I think they prefer to use the Ecohill link to go to KL, cheaper and shorter distance. Only will be using the new lekas interchange if they want go to Seremban.

22 x 75 with buildup 2065 sqf in a great township that is directly connected to Lekas highway plus fenced and guarded, for me is indeed a good buy.

1.) Distance to KLCC about 35km, congestion depending which road you are using. Off peak period it takes you about 30 minutes to reach midvalley and about 35 minutes to reach bukit bintang. During morning/evening rush period, most of the roads enter/going out to/from KL city center are jammed up. Semenyih is about 15-20 minutes extra driving from this jam area. How long it takes to travel in this jam area, perhaps you know better than me. Yesterday I met my taling in cheras somewhere near Leisure mall. We departed about the same time, she is from KL city center and I am from Semenyih, know what, I reach the destination about 25 minutes earlier than her. She was travelling about 10km but me travelled about 27km. That's why between jam and distance, jam seems the most crucial issue.

2.) Since you already aware this is a pioneering project, it must be associated to some risks. I don't have crystal ball and I cannot predict any potential value appreciation. The only thing you need to ask yourself would be is it worth or not worth to buy, can you find such property with such price, such township, such connectivity and such amenities in the area you want, evaluate and justify, and of course eventually you must have the guts to make decision, whether can or cannot go for it.

hehehe... it's flyover lah.. it will be a disaster if traffic light... imagine the cars that will pile up as in mahkota cheras/sungai long...

The sungai one is a bridge, perhaps can call flyover as well...

Lol.. that's the different between township developer and housing developer..

Many people say purchaser of township developer is sohzai coz come out money to build infra and let other people to use..

But they just don't understand, building such infra is essential for the residents' convenience, without it, residents need to face a lot problem everyday, such as jam, make big u-turn etc.. days by days, months by months, years by years...

Another thing is when such infra is in place, it will attract people to come to use it. When it bring more people to come in, indirectly it also makes the area become "ong ong" as well, and people will always use that place as the landmark, great for branding as well. i think everyone in Semenyih currently is well aware of the Ecohill and anticipating the connecting road can be ready as soon as possible... "savior feel"... lol...

Small developer is like that lah, no capability to build infra, have to tap into the infra provided by other people loh. I listen same thing from Tiara South SA as well...

As I said, if all the ascotte boulevard residents using the ecohill link, SEH commercial area sure ong ong also later..

Good for those non-dibs purchaser, get discount but no need pay so much...
