Housing prices are not suppose to keep on increasing. This is very wrong because it's bad for the economy.

In Germany, world's Best-Run Economy, House Prices Keep Falling - Because That's What House Prices Are Supposed To Do. When the people have too little disposable income because they have to pay their loan the economy run slowly. Cash flow problems occur because the economy basically slows down because everyone is putting most of their money into housing.

Only developers and bankers make the most money. Look at what happen in CHINA? Property bubble and high income gap. There's alot of houses built but empty because it's too expensive.

How about apartment, will be launched together as well?

Bro, wake up earlier la. I also wake up at 6am+ And try to reach there by 7am. At least is not hot. I just hope sateday night will hve heavy rain then sunday morning no haze!

Most of the time i wake up at 8am. Move to semenyih, have to follow bbw advise, wake up at 6am

Go there early to enjoy better air and cooler ma. Actually if night time shld be much cooler at the top of the PARC. Not sure safe or not during night time 

Sure at nite the PARC will be much more cool than day time but very sayang they just open until 6.30pm. The guard there will go to round(By motor) and ask u to leave the PARC on 6.30 evening...

Wow... Didnt know that. I thought is going to be a public park and most importantly it is already officially opened. Strange wo... Next time dunno got guards or not
