in property investment u only can be aggresive when u got 10mil cash in ur pocket...if no better stick to conservative approach...

invest in the area u better known...do more home work n practice regularly(seasonal investment) n patient...

Just to share with you, in this market there are companies which called "project management company". They are highly professional and charge a certain % into your GDV.

So, you just wait there and goyang kaki to get your money monthly.

it seen the sale is going slow.... anyhow when I be there i meet two buyer are from local Semenyih.....they take intermediate n end lot....it's good can see local people to buy there for own stay.....

Sentiment turned cautious now... probably some stay at the side line wait and see first.
