Saw the lady driver of WWQ7043 getting down, so I politely told her that it was a disabled parking, and that the one behind her wasn't.

Lady: Yeah, I know. I always park here.
Me: But it's a disabled parking, and you're not disabled.
Lady: I always park here. I'm in a hurry (walks away).
Me: ...

Conclusion? She must be mentally disabled. So I've decided to name and shame. Please share this.

I also think so initially. but assuming she's disabled in some ways (deaf in one ear, blind in one eye, hand missing a finger,psychotic).. but her form of disability doesn't allowed her to park there too,ESPECIALLY when she still have a normal mobility to quickly cabut from the place (not slowly like a weak/post-stroke human) .

The parking spot is only for certain physical disability /impairment.

Mentally disabled is disability and is OKU, however stickers are not granted to them (Mentally disabled) or else we will have a parking spot near Putrajaya with cars full of those stickers.
