Sometimes i wonder why got so many keyboard warrior around.

Give some benefit of doubt for that owner, he/she might not be OKU but maybe ferrying OKU still can park there right?

If really want to be hero, go inform management to lock the tyre.
Better yet wait until the owner come and confront him/her.

Posting ppl's car here and get defamed by ppl when the owner might not be at fault is not heroic action.
