Not impossible, if you don't mind spending less time in each temple and willing to pay a lot more, then it's possible to do in one day. But very hectic la. probably get a 3 days pass then. where to find these driver? outside the temple? is the place cycle-able?

Most interesting temples in Angkor Archaeology Park in the following order (my personal view)
1) Angkor Wat
2) Preah Khan
3) Ta Prohm
4) Bayon
5) Bantey Kdei & Srah Srang (Srah Srang is currently under renovation, just fyi)
6) Everything else
About the driver, ask your hotel to arrange for you. The price is more or less the same. If you're fit, it's definitely cyclable, and is an experience all in its own. But you cover less temples this way.
