Yes the temptation is strong. I almost got mi3 when I sold off my first OPO, but couldn't wait coz need to use my phone urgently.

crazy lah 1.65.. currently forumer selling 1.58 also I consider expensive already. too close to LG G3 prices.

Just checked cm11s is not prerooted. Can one just flash to another prerooted rom using recovery that came with it?

They should just come up with 64GB and 128GB version ..since price difference is so small

The phone is already too big for one hand. Anything to add to it will become more uneasy. Best choice is getting the original swap style cover when it becomes available.

Thanks for the link. I just tried to boot into recovery. It's a simple recovery that doesn't allow you to flash rooms, only allowed to update.

I agree it's too big for single handed use. Even gwailo Mkbhd review also need 2 hands. They should learn from LG remove more bezels so it will be same size as a 5in phone but 5.5in screen.

Yes a it depends on how clever the forwarder declare the items.

Just tried this yesterday. The original guide by threadstarter doesn't work for those who has CM11s non rooted Rom installed. Easy toolkit works.

Using Android 4.4.4 now on Paranoid Android nightly room.

Easy toolkit is the best way for non rooted Rom.

It has all the features of CM11 but running on 4.4.4

You must ask the seller if u can check the unit before paying. Definitely rules out China online sites.

no lah ap hardware issue 2-3 weeks from my experience. Beats package damaged or stolen in the mail anytime.

it's exactly the same because I always buy new released phones on the first day of arrival here. HTC One, Lenovo Vibe X AP, OnePlus AP, Xiaomi Mi3 AP when all when they arrive in Malaysia on the first day. For your info they don't import parts, they just send the phone back to get replacement in the next shipment, normally for regular traders they will order stocks every week.

Xiaomi Mi3 AP first day of arrival has screen bleed, One to One exchange.
Lenovo Vibe X AP battery died after 1 month, took 3 weeks for New replacement unit of the whole phone.

Yes, because the retailer is also a buyer, they are not a repair shop. If there is anything wrong the phone will be sent back for a replacement. Normal waiting time is +/- 2 weeks ie. 1 week to send back, another week for them to send it here.
