You choice between, convenience or peaceful If you choose convenience, then you will annoyed by noise nuisance and poor upkeep surrounding. This area mainly focus on niche greens and peace. Sunway and BRDB got land nearby this area according to agent...
And you knw Sunway definitely will launch higher price tag in future.. this area good for own stay... |

The sales person inform me his boss like exercise so got plan for jogging trial.
