Haunted unit in auction market. Holy. Rip to the dead. This area have few Wang Hong (YouTuber or tiktoker) bought here. The condo design except the yard is easy to be climb at lower floor, the design of condo is actually ok, just the location itself may not suitable for highrise atm.

there is new condo development coming up next to Sutera pines.
selling from 450psf, but seeing sutera pine lelong that low... hmm

Different entry matter, new project 0 entry but lelong have more risk and money involve. So the only fair advantage for the people consider lelong unit is because it drop to dirt cheap price, at least 30% below as good benchmark. If the lelong price you get only less 10% 19%, buying new condo better. Not worth the effort and risk involved just to get a highrise project at egg white location if the price not huge different.
