Thank you for inquiry. the key different of minix X8H plus is it has xBMC minix edition, build in Bluetooth, USB OTG and etc.

Himedia Q16 is support BDMV, BDISO, 3D and more video and audio codec.

In term of hardware spec, both are more or less the same.

Just uploaded new APK files to the Google drive, please try and enjoy. Just sort the APK file by last modified date to identify which APK, there are more anime apps and English Apps available now.

Yes, we do not forget our existing after sales, we continue support by uploadding new apps into our customer repository when we found good streaming apps. This is our value added service.

Just download the APK files and click to install, the APK file will detect the existing app and prompt you to confirm. Uninstall is not necessary.

Yes, XBMC and Kodi are run parallel in Minix X8H plus. Actually Kodi is just newer version of XBMC, because XBMC Minix edition has the minix hardware codec, it is not advisable to uninstall the XBMC minix edition.
