Wired, wireless or Bluetooth are supported but please ensure the joystick support Android operating system.

If you purpose is too play games I will recommend PS3 not Android Media Player.

Bump nice seller.

I really got headache whether to go for Minix X8H or Himedia Q16.

This is my 1st Android box (Openbox user before).

Please guide me through coz after reading most of your thread, I know I'll not getting this device from seller other than you.

Bro, we do not have X5 because there is no DTS codec support. We sell only X8H which has been tested and workable.

If you read our thread in Lowyat, we sell only preselected good player, this is our value added service to our customer. X5 does not meet our selection creteria.

Unfortunately Astro On The Go does not support Android 4.4 Kitkat, tested a few model Kitkat does not work. I'm not sure Astro has fixed the, problem, if not you only could choose older model dual core running Android 4.2 since Astro OTG is your priority.

Yes, we have ready stock. We are selling firm price as mentioned in the thread. The new stock will increase price as Minix increase the price and the Ringgit devaluation.

No worry about the HDMI, mostly are compatible. Pls share with me your expectation such that I could ensure item your requirement.

For those haven't updated to the latest firmware, you should. Its much better now.

The firmware comes with beta 6 XBMC. But the latest one u can get from the minixforum that fix some major bugs. Its version beta 8.

For those who got the device early on, you need to first manually download the new firmware and patch your device. There is no OTA patch because Minix change their OTA server. So your device will not be able to find the correct OTA server. The new OTA server info is updated inside the new firmware which you have to download manually from their forum.

Firmware version 002A

I'm looking to stream locally my downloaded movies and connect to my home theater system tht supports dts ma And Dolby digital HD.also looking to tryout the astr0 iptv subscription for streaming iptv.

Do u think the x8-H plus is my best bet? Minix has lots of English support too, I noticed.

Thank you for inquiry. If your objective to stream local movies support variety of video codec, and DTS MA or Dolby True HD then I will recommend Himedia Q16.

If you main objective is watch XBMc minix edition, Bluetooth, OTG port to connect to game pads then X8H plus will be the best choice.
