Uhh....why do you even want to sue Microsoft? You can easily contact them and ask them to remove any unauthorised transactions.

And the answer is no, there aren't any consequences of using CC to pay for Live. I've used mine to get Gold, I've used mine to purchase points, so far no overcharging or any problems.

i used cc to subscribe, no problems so far. all payment details handled by microsoft online services billing.

but if u still hv doubts, can use AM bank prepaid credit card, marauderz made a guide for it, check in the pinned threads section

If you really scared about using CC to subscibe to XBL, go for a prepaid cc. They are really convenient (i use one) albeit a little $$$ charges wise. but for me worth its weight in gold.

Edit: Try the Ambank NexG card, bro marauderz has kindly made an FAQ thing at the pinned part of this subforum.

no problem using CC for me. someone told me before that the yearly renew will be auto, and if you decide not to renew when the time almost up, you have to call the customer service depends which country you register to. how much it cost to call to US? sweat.gif

Oh.. just a word of reminder, once u put ur credit card info into your account you can just purchase points in a snap, so if you have small children or ppl who will simply click the buy button.. remember to set a password on your Live account!
