To renew your xbox live service using credit card?

Cause im palnning to buy the$88 one year subscription next month so please tell me of all the consequences if there are any. Cause I dont want my dad to go coconuts when he sees Microsoft billed him eight times in a single month(jk )

But Im scared. Are there consequeces to renew using CC?
