there you go. fariz gave you a very good guide here:
http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=277360as long as you do this, NOD32 is excellent. very effecient and dosen't hog your ram.
there is only one fool proof way if you want to go to dangerous waters. use some hdd imaging software. for example, i use norton ghost.
1. go to
http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/. download BartPE.
2. install norton ghost. copy ghost32.exe, gdisk32.exe.
3. now put in the windows xp installation cd, use bartPE to make a bootable cd. include the ghost file in.
4. now you have a bootable cd independent of the hdd.
5. make sure your comp is totally clean. you may like to format it.
6. use ghost, make an image of it. it will b xxxxx.gho. if you split the files, it will b xxxxx.gho, xxxxx001.ghs, xxxxx002.ghs
7. now you have a image of your windows partition / disk
now whenever you think that you are spyware/trojan/virus infected, simply copy out your data, and 'ghost' your c drive. your comp will then be exactly the same as when you make the image of it.
alternatively, you can use the 16bit version but it is very slow. this one you can run with floppy disk.
hope u understand wat i am talking about
