From my own experience with hidden buttons, it dont actually take too much space till can actually fit in another row of icons. Hiding the soft keys only make spaces between icons increase bit only. Maybe screen size is bigger on my phone. And I dont feel it had anything to do with interrupting of multitask
At least half year above if it will really get into local market through official channel
I wont denied their awareness of market needs in other asian countries, but from what I see, China will still always be their 1st target with the honor branding, as its market is massive when compare to others. And from what I see in local trend, youngster tend to opt for big brand such like Apple, Samsung and HTC. I think majority of them rather not use a china brand if given options to choose on other branding  smile.gif

Half year above is good enough...I will be using my Mi3 for half year ... smile.gif

The WCDMA version indeed is a dual sim one which could run FDD LTE, where screenshots already showing in the review link running at China Unicom 4g network with speed test screenshot. It even has sd support unlike Oneplus One which stuck with the internal emmc, and much lighter as well

ok I saw that screenshot, this model is H60-L06.

hope Huawei bring this to MY rclxms.gif

Half a year is the most optimistic estimation, as it might not even be available here officially at all

Not necessary LTE phone must be pricey, just that those big brand charge premium only. Like my current phone with snapdragon 801 and LTE cat 4, the price is less than rm1k smile.gif

The one currently selling is the TD LTE version, because that is the common practice in China, TD version will be available 1st. Besides TD LTE is the only official 4G now in China, as the FDD LTE license is still pending for the moment.

By the default phone specs, even the TD version should capable of running 4G in local as the modem itself support 5 mode and multi band, as the WCDMA and FDD LTE is available through roaming.

That a totally different level already, as the galaxy ace 3 is just a low end phone. At that kinda price pay for the samsung phone, you could get a Lenovo Golden Saint A8 when it reach local shore with alot more better specs, 4.4 kit kat, mt6592 and 4G as well.

I use 3 samsung phones before and I can say don't buy samsung low end devices. If you want samsung, only notes and S. Reason is the RAM required to run touchwiz is big compare to china products.

Previously there only one, ZTE Grand S II which I recently sold off, is a 4G capable phone with snapdragon 801 soc, with a price tag of 1699 rmb yuan. So including some agent charges and shipping, its bout rm1k for the phone. Its single sim though

Recently just add another option, which is ZTE Nubia Z7 Mini, also a snapdragon 801 phone, but price only at 1499 rmb (same as Xiaomi Mi3 price in China), which is super affordable, and its a dual sim dual 4G phone.

Both phones support local network band and frequencies for 3g and 4g

Although Nubia Z7 Mini advertised it as a Snapdragon 801 but, it is using the 8974AA chipset (2.26GHz CPU, 450MHz GPU) which is essentially just a standard version of Snapdragon 800 with LTE capability added. Performance-wise it's weaker than XiaoMi Mi3 which is using an enhanced version of Snapdragon 800 8274AB (2.36GHz CPU, 578MHz GPU) which is essentially a weaker version of Snapdragon 801 without LTE capability. The difference in CPU might be negligible but the difference in GPU is quite noticeable in some GPU-intensive games.
Nubia Z7, Z7 Max and XiaoMi Mi4 are using 8974AC (2.45GHz CPU, 578MHz GPU).

The major difference of snapdragon 800/801 is more on the emmc 5.0 support and the slight higher clock gpu only, others wise they are basically the same. That slight difference on cpu speed wont impact your daily usage, which unless you buy the phone majorly for running benchmarks only.

Also mini offer a much user friendly pricing, which is same as Mi3 at only 1500 rmb, and provide a much better features as compare to mi3, dual sim dual 4g support, micro sd support, a better camera sensor imx 214.

Mi3 is just using the MSM8274AA/AB rev 2 snapdragon 800, which is limited only to wcdma network, unlike the MSM8974AB that on other bigger brand like LG G2 or Note 3, which capable provide 4G support. The same situation is most likely the same on Mi4 , which current release only limited to WCDMA network, in which I assumed it uses MSM8274AC 801. The CDMA version would most likely on the MSM8674AC, where only the TD LTE version in September will use MSM8974AC I guess.

Never heard of yellow tint issue with honor 6, but oneplus one is indeed a known issue.

Anyway you could order yourself since the FDD version already available for sell. There just a flash sales earlier at 8pm tonight.

I currently waiting for my Z7 Max to arrive only.
