If I not mistaken it is less than 3.2k units.
But Block A & B is link, high dense.
Block C & D not link, not an issue, design not same also.
Since the area is new, high dense also won't cause jam.
Also, going KL or Selangor won't jam also.
If all the mall and office building fully built, this new town may attract more people to come.
