Yeah, the price is quite high compare to other.
But the selling point is whole township, investor expect a better environment and convenient compare to other project.
We will see in another 3 years time.

Never underestimate the potential of this project that you can't see yet.

Hi All, I had received interest bill for first 2 month, then I throw 3k to the account, now never see any interest charge. Is the interest charging monthly want?

Which block you booked? About 5 working day, you have to chase start from 3rd day of application.
I heard most story is that the banker keep holding the case until 2 weeks or more.
