8 Block 3000 unit selling start from last year June?? Cant remember will......consider not bad lah....around 350psft ++ in a new township wor smile.gif

Yeah...agreed...I have another two friends also interested to buy it and will go sales gallery visit their showroom in this weekend...smile.gif

Perhaps many people not familiar about this area...but after they really do an investigation and understand their masterplan well...den definitely it is a bbb project...about 1 year++ have such sales results already considered very awesome especially with such challenging market right now...smile.gif

petrol(no more subsidize) and toll fare will definitely pain for those who travel everyday back and forth to KL. the price also over expectation, at this location should be around 300k.

If there is extension of KTM/MRT/LRT to Southville, then will be goodbuy~

just my opinion, no offense.

The reason very simple...savanna is a well planned township...thus no matter for own stay or investment...both oso good...the most important...it was so called city of knowledge and big potential in development...smile.gif

Savanna is a new township so it will be hard to get good rental. It will appreciate though after the township is completed. Whereas parklane can be rented out now and its rate can increase in the future albeit slowly. My 2 cent
