5. I've went to bangi also. the entrance to Southville City is VERY underdeveloped!!! there r a lot of lower socio-economical class ppl around, which is quite difficult to eliminate.. n their existent will surely affect my house value there...
6. good news is, MahSing will built another big entrance (interchange) for the city! but this also means that we need to pay no matter where we go...
7. Bangi area... the price is really not tally with that place lo...

Summary:
I personally think that the whole project will success but might need some time... the risk is a bit high n particularly if most of the buyer r investors, then no one will be staying inside = died city...
