Understand from him,  loan application which submit after 29/12, there will be no longer have loan package using BLR but start using BR.  The package possible is BR+1.0 where BR right now is 3.7 ++

BR is keep changing daily, which mean ur loan rate will keep change. For example:

1Jan2015, BR = 3.75
Then ur rate will be BR+1.0 = 4.75
This rate will use for 3 months.

When come to 1 Apr 2015, bank will check BR again.
This time BR maybe 3.8
Then your rate will be BR+1.0 = 4.8

When come to 1 Jul 2015, bank check BR and is 3.7
Then ur rate will become BR+1.0 = 4.7

This mean ur loan rate one year will keep change 4 time.
