if we do get Vidal, it would be a huge statement of intent to get the title back to OT, imagine the confidence of the supporters with Vidal signing.... not vidal sasson yeah! tongue.gif

DIGGER arrives to fix 'windy' Carrington training ground
QUOTE
"The facility needs a little more intimacy," Van Gaal said.

"I have asked already because now it's an open field but there is always wind.

"And wind is not always the friend of the players. It's not always the friend of the ball and so we have to do something about that. But the facilities are fantastic."

"I am waiting for them to tell me when I can travel, as far as I know the clubs are talking," Bebe told Portuguese radio station Renascenca. "It would be a good opportunity to relaunch my career. I'll certainly have more chances to play and show myself.

"I hope everything will be sorted out by the weekend. I want to put my head in place and work at 100%, without any concerns."

Kevin Strootman has recently returned to light training after a nightmare injury ruled the Netherlands playmaker out of the World Cup. That could prove to be a double edged sword for Roma, with clubs likely to be lining up to sign the Dutchman. Man United have long coveted his signature, and the arrival of Dutchman Louis van Gaal – who considered Strootman a key player for the Netherlands – could further strengthen the chances of a move.

sa SAF said, rooney's goals comes in spurt. so his midfield play also maybe the same leh!?... hehe
but for me, those crossfield airball reminds me of paul scholes. i think only these 2 would attempt those direct passes, other would opt for short pass and play safe...

wah lau, dun la hantam that fella like that. give him chancey like LVG, over 90 min cannot pinpoint the blame on 1 player mar, win as a team , lose as a team. doesnt mean i'm the exceptional la, i also sometimes wanna throw shoe at rooney when he plays worse than school kid, but then again, we know the talent is there. he didnt lose it overnight, so keep the faith guys. if next season he becomes our talisman, then not so much egg on our face lor tongue.gif
