Hello..small update on this build..

Fasting month already..so sleepy everyday.. tongue.gif

This came to me last week..two acrylic sheets from shepard

user posted image

Two different thickness but same color..transparent black..

10mm thickness

user posted image

8mm thickness

user posted image

After some measurement I pick the 10mm sheet and trace the holes for the radiator..so this will be the front panel..

Since it is fasting month I got a bit lazy..so I sent the sheet to shop to cut it using laser..hahaha hassle free but not FOC.. blush.gif

At the meantime..I start with the cabling of the PSU..this is my first time doing it on Corsair PSU..damn the 24pin is a hell to do..

Got double wire some more.. cry.gif For this build I'll be using the extension cable to connect the motherboard, GPU, EPS and etc..

user posted image

Sorry image suck due to flash..these cable will be hidden underneath the PSU cover..but still haven't done..So for the build only the extension will be sleeved..

user posted image

I try to arrange the cables by using the cable ties since I have no skill to sew the cables..

HAHA..no more burning finger during sleeving thanks to this new toy..

user posted image

Sorry guys that's all for today..hopefully the front panel will finish tomorrow.. icon_rolleyes.gif

I'll continue to sleeve the cable tonight until sahur time..sahur quite early here in Sabah.. sweat.gif

Hello guys..

Updates on the cable sleeving..huuhhhh total mess..

Here are the extension for 24 pin..

user posted image

The EPS cable..

user posted image

After the trouble sleeving the GPU 6pin and 8pin extension.. got nearly perfect length for the EPS and MOBO cable..

The EPS align perfectly but the 24pin mobo cable need to be redo again..too short.. sad.gif

user posted image

user posted image

So here we go..redo the 24pin for corsair ax760..aiyoo the double wire is a pain in the ass..

user posted image

user posted image

I try to save as much as possible the pin connector..so I use what remain from my last build..originally this is extension cable I bought from topazzatech..just reuse it.. whistling.gif

user posted image

I tag it so it won't be to confusing when attach it to 24pin connector..but it still confusing sometime..hahaha rclxub.gif

Hello..very quick one...has no big progress today..waiting for parcel from poslaju and gdex..but none appear.. sad.gif

The 24pin cable finish still with the tagging..I thick it is much tidier than the previous one..

user posted image

Remove the tagging..

user posted image

Both side panel finish sanding and ready to be painted..

user posted image

I choose flat black and this is the paint that I used..very easy to use and quick dry too.. smile.gif

Huhu..as what I expected..the parcel came in today..yeah its from APES...but not really 'came in' need to RV with GDex guys outside..maybe because Sepangar Naval Base is quite far from town.. tongue.gif

This is what I've been waiting for...

user posted image

Small but full of important things for this build..

user posted image

Look so fragile the tube..don't what to do first.. blink.gif I'll update the list of the fittings on my #1 post of this thread..

But I guess this will be the first part of the fittings..some of my required fittings APES doesn't have stock for it..so I'll try to order it somewhere else..but my priority is to get it locally first.. nod.gif

Hello guys..here are some updates for my build..

I start the fitting installation..but then I realized that the radiator is too thick and doesn't provide me clearance to install the multilink C47 fittings to the GPU.. sad.gif the singularity client build 9 used the gtx 770 reference card hence it much smaller..So I need to replace the radiator with the BlackIce GTS 240..

Remove the BlackIce GTX 240..

user posted image

I paint the top panel flat black..

user posted image

user posted image

user posted image

Since the top panel itself are 3mm thick + fan 25mm thick..the use of 30mm screw doesn't bite well on the radiator..I change it to 40mm screw..but seem to be too long..need to cut a bit..

user posted image

Put the fan grill underneath the radiator to protect it fins...

user posted image

Install these daughter-board to the motherboard.. smile.gif

Strip down the case..paint it to flat black..

user posted image

user posted image

Here are the top panel picture that need to lifted around 10mm to make the radiator fitting align with the GPU inlet fitting..

user posted image

Still not align after top panel lifted..but i think it is acceptable to install the acrylic tube..

user posted image

The first tube insert..like hell to install it due to clearance is too small..

user posted image

As for the rest of the fitting already installed..but I still need to buy some extender to make the tube align with each multilink connector..mind the GTX 240 radiator..just to show the fitting location only..will be replaced by the GTS 240..

Hello..just small progress..these are somethings that I made for the past few days..

I try to make the reservoir bracket out of acrylic sheet..haha

user posted image

user posted image

Then after sanding it..move on to paint it matte black..

user posted image

What look like it will fit the radiator but it is not...I miscalculate the screw gap between the radiator.. rclxub.gif And I broke it after try to push it to fit the holes.. cry.gif

So only one bracket survive and useable..so any one out there who have this bracket and would like sell it just PM me..

user posted image

After a lot of frustration..yesterday my wife came from outstation at Miitary Hospital @ Wangsa Maju area..and brought me an important package fro abidgreen93..thanks bro..

user posted image

user posted image

There goes half of my salary this month..this upcoming Hari Raya..huhhhh sweat.gif I ask abidgreen93 not to tell my wife the price..or else I'll be dead..hahaha laugh.gif

user posted image

So I proceed with the installation using the precut tube from abidgreen93..I found out that this tube is a a lot easier to be inserted to the Cristal Link C47 fittings..

user posted image

Oh yea..that picture I still use the GTX radiator..I currently waiting for the GTS radiator from niclasteoh..Also install the EK X-RES 140 pump top + reservoir..

user posted image

....that's all guys..maybe I try my best to complete this after Hari Raya holiday..hope by then all the parts I ordered has arrived..
