Her daughter, delivered after the mother’s death, died three days later.

34 Million Takata-Made Air Bag Inflators Declared Defective In The U.S., Largest Product Recall In American History Automotive air bag supplier Takata Corp. has expanded the recall of its defective inflator mechanisms in the U.S. to 34 million units, making it the largest consumer product recall in American history.
