I'm a Na'vi fan and I'd love them to move forward, but I have a strong feeling that Cloud 9 is gonna take the game.

Puppey's drafting has been very poor this year, especially in the tournaments leading up to TI4. Plus, a lot of the other teams have learned how to punish Na'vi for their aggression.

Edit: Found this piece of gold on Reddit.

How do you punish Navi for their aggression, exactly? Buybacks?  blink.gif

Also, pure gold you found  laugh.gif
*
Not exactly. Just look at their recent TI games, you'll see that a lot of effort was spent by the opposition supports to shut down rotations from Na'vi. Failed ganks = exp & gold lost, and giving up a kill hurts even more.

Screw Pinoys. Seriously, screw them. This OD deserves a spot in hell. Best part is we were practically 3v5 once PotM abandoned, and he still has the cheek to lansi the opponents after winning.

There is nth wrong actually with their strategy to be aggressive on early push. But to keep to the same strategy after losing it 1-2 times is seriously stupid.
*
They pushed too early. They weren't ready to go for high ground, yet they kept pressing the issue.

A Faceless Void lands a Chronosphere on a Razor AFTER he casts Static Link. Do you:
A. Break the link.
B. Man mode him inside the Chronosphere.

If you answered B, congratulations and welcome to the 4600 MMR bracket!

4411 MMR Viper given safelane due to bad team composition. Rushes Aghanim instead of Mekansm (God help me I don't know how his brain works). Ends the game with a 0-1-0 scoreline. Seriously, you can't make shiat like this up.

I really feel people are being a bit too mean with their criticism of the finals. What was boring was Vici's decision to continuously rush for rax despite failing multiple times. What was not boring was Newbee's ruthless efficiency at executing their prepared strategy.

This entire situation reminds me of how Chelsea was severely criticized for playing boring football under Mourinho. When big money is at stake, you don't have the luxury of flashy plays, your focus is on winning the game, not putting on a show.

Just realized I'm not sure of this. Is static link channeling? Or the only way to break is to move out of range?
*
You have to move out of range to disjoint it. Activating BKB etc. will not stop it's effect.

One of the main reasons Razor was picked so frequently in TI is because 2 out of his 3 active spells stay active if he manages to cast them before he gets Doomed.

what about SD disrupt and OD banish?
*
The link stays active. It can only be broken by distancing yourself further than 675 units from Razor. The combination of this trait with Unstable Current is why Razor initially became popular as a counter to OD in the mid lane.

Just play, don't worry about your MMR. The more you think about it, the worse your games will seem. smile.gif
