I dun understand something about paypal. Everyone keep saying that paypal do not charge fee unless it involve oversea current which need conversion. But my last purchase with xiaomi malaysia cost RM 769. I have RM 20 balance in paypal. So they charge me RM 749 from credit card. But my credit card statement today show that the amount charge is RM 754.99. Shouldn't it be RM 749 since they dun charge fee ? Just want to be clear with this paypal system.

p/s : The paypal statement show a breakdown correctly, RM 749 from credit card, RM 20 from paypal account. Problem only arise when my credit card show the statement.

When I first set up PayPal account (some years ago), they deducted some fees to verify the card (amount is random, but around rm10 or so). This fee was returned into PayPal account some days later. If u r first time user, maybe thats d case. It will be returned, try to check ur paypal account later. Or you can email PayPal n ask for clarification.

I've bought from xiaomi websites 3 times using PayPal, no additional charge.
