hi, is there a sample picture of how your male formal attire have to be? I'm not really clear with what you meant by no sneakers or sports shoe. have to wear leather shoe?

also, is it too late to join in the august intake? I'm interested in your diploma in ICT course.

Hi,

Thank you for your enquiry.

Our new campus is currently under development. It is nearby Astro / MEASAT, in Technology Park Malaysia. Phase 1 will be expected to complete in 2015.

As for our Engineering courses, all our degrees are fully accredited by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) which is a signatory to the Washington Accord. This accreditation ensures that APU Engineering Graduates will have the following benefits in countries who are signatories of the Washington Accord:
- Opportunities to register as a Graduate Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or the relevant professional bodies in other countries who are signatories under the Washington Accord.
- Pathways to becoming a Professional or Chartered Engineer.
- Assurance that graduates are considered as having met international academic standards for engineering practice.

Recognition under the Washington Accord allows for APU engineering programmes to be recognized by countries such as Australia, Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States who are all signatories of the accord. This allows APU graduates to be recognised in these countries for career opportunities towards achieving Professional/Chartered Engineer status or for further education progression.

For more details on our Engineering programmes, you may visit: http://www.apu.edu.my/our-courses/undergra...ool-engineering

If you have any further enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Have a nice day!

Hi,

Thank you for your enquiry.

APU Foundation (Pre-University) programme is designed to help those with SPM, O Levels or similar qualifications to develop the skills and knowledge to progress into the first year of degree of choice. Throughout the programme, our academic staff will advise you on the options available at each stage of your university degree study. If you have 5 Credits in "SPM' or "O" Levels or equivalent then the Degree Foundation at APU is ideal for you because it is purposely designed to prepare you for entry into a degree in many areas of Information Technology, Business or Engineering. The pathway for Foundation is wider, for example, if you enter our Foundation in Business & Accounting, upon completion, you are eligible to go for a degree in Business Management or Accounting & Finance programmes.

As for the Diploma programmes, they are broken down in to specific areas; eg: Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Information & Communications Technology etc. Throughout the programme, you will be exposed to the fundamentals of the specific areas that you are in. Upon completion, you are eligible to go for year 2 of the degree within your specific study area, eg: If you were in Diploma in Accounting, you are only eligible to enter Accounting & Finance related programmes, but not other programmes like Business, IT and so on.

As for the fees, as of 2014, Foundation costs around RM18,200 for 1 year of study and Diploma costs around RM35,400 for 2 years of study. Diploma programmes are eligible for PTPTN loan, whereas Foundation programme is not eligible for the loan.

If you have any more enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Have a nice day!
